Tim Heneghan
Supervisor

Current Schaumburg Township Supervisor.
-
His experience includes a 38-year career with Nicor Gas including initial maintenance, supervisory, and sales positions, and later Project Management in the New Construction Division.
-
As a former township trustee and clerk, Tim has worked tirelessly to secure municipal, county, state, and federal funding for township programs.

Char Kegarise
Assessor
-
Char served as a Township Trustee from 2018 to 2022, where she served as liaison to the Mental Health and the Senior & Disability Committees.
-
​A School District 54 volunteer since 1980, Char was later elected as a District 54 Trustee. There she served for 26 years, many of them as Board President, earning her national recognition for leadership.
-
She has been a member of the Village of Schaumburg Bikeways Committee for the last 30 years.

Daniel Lee (check out my website)

Daniel currently serves on Economic Development Commission and Planning & Zoning Commission for the Village of Hoffman Estates.

He is a local businessman with a degree in International Relations and Global Security from American Military University.

He is 19-year resident of Schaumburg Township, a husband, and a father of two wonderful children studying at West Point and Illinois State University.

Scott Kegarise (check out my website)
Highway Commissioner

Scott is the current Schaumburg Township Highway Commissioner.
-
After his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1975, his residence began in Schaumburg in 1979 where he raised three sons with his wonderful wife Char.
-
He worked for 48 years in fuel analysis and lubrication for machinery and heavy equipment.
-
By working with state and county agencies and municipalities, he has instituted numerous cost-
saving agreements to resolve drainage and paving issues, and has reduced the tax levy in the last three years.

​Chuck Cerniglia
Trustee

A longtime resident of Schaumburg Township with an extensive history of business ownership that spans three decades, Chuck serves as a Board Member of Chicago Association of Direct Marketing and the Mail System Management Association.

He also is a local advisory board member of the National Ball Hockey League.

Chuck holds a degree in Social Science and is a proud father of three adult children.

Roberto Robaina

Trustee

Roberto’s experience includes working in higher education fundraising, government relations, and college administration. Prior to his current role, he worked in New York City government overseeing a large internship program before returning home to Schaumburg Township.

A Schaumburg Township native, Roberto attended District 54 and District 211 schools. He was an active member of Boy Scouts of America, earning the rank of Eagle Scout.

Roberto holds a MA in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science from DePaul University.

Jon Scannicchio

A newly-wed and a 33-year resident of Hoffman Estates, Jon works in data analysis planning and management.

He is a proud fiscal conservative who believes in accountable stewarding and individual responsibility. He maintains a strong belief in the importance of connection and community.

Jon holds a degree in Technical Systems Management.

Jennifer Wesche
Trustee

A 30-year resident of Schaumburg Township, Jennifer is a nurse at Alexian Brothers
Medical Center with over 20 years experience, serving in several critical care positions including the intensive care unit, the COVID ICU, and cardiovascular ICU. -
Jennifer serves as a Precinct Captain, and her goals include promoting healthcare, advocating for freedom, and serving her local community.

She is a graduate of Schaumburg Christian School and Bob Jones University.
